摘    要:目的探讨同源结构域相互作用蛋白激酶2(HIPK2)在宫颈癌及宫颈癌前病变中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学及RT-PCR技术检测宫颈癌组织24例、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)24例及正常宫颈10例中HIPK2的表达情况,分析HIPK2与宫颈癌发病之间的关系。结果宫颈癌与其他各组HIPK2的表达均有明显差异(均P〈0.05),CINⅢ与正常组也有明显差异(P〈0.05),而CINⅠ~Ⅱ与正常组比较无明显差异(P〉0.05),且HIPK2在宫颈癌组织、CINⅢ、CINⅠ~Ⅱ及正常宫颈中的表达呈递增趋势。结论HIPK2在宫颈组织中表达的减少可能是宫颈癌的发病原因之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of homeodomain interacting protein kinase 2 (HIPK2) in tissues of cervical carcinoma and cervical intraepithelial neoplasial (CIN). Methods Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were used to examine the HIPK2 expression in 24 cases of cervical carcinoma, 24 cases of CIN and 10 cases of normal cervical tissues. Results The differences of HIPK2 expression between cervical cancer group and the other groups were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). There were also statistically significant difference in HIPK2 expression between CIN Ⅲ group and the normal cervical group (P 〈 0. 05 ). And the expression difference between HIPK2 in CIN I- II and normal cervical group was not statistically significant ( P 〉 0. 05). The cervical carcinoma, CIN III, CIN I-II, and normal cervical tissues showed the gradually increasing expression of HIPK2. Conclusion The reduced expression of HIPK2 might be one of the incidence reasons of cervical cancer.
