针刺穴位配合中药理疗治疗颈型颈椎病疗效观察

目的]观察针刺穴位配合中药理疗治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法]将90例病例随机分成两组,对照组45例给予中药理疗TDP神灯常规治疗,治疗组45例给予针刺穴位同时配合中药理疗TDP神灯联合治疗。经过1个周期(4周)治疗后进行疗效判定。结果]治疗组治愈26例,显效17例,好转2例,无效0例,总有效率95.60%。对照组治愈20例,显效20例,好转4例,无效1例,总有效率88.90%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]针刺穴位配合中药理疗对治疗颈椎病有较好的疗效。

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture Treatment of Cervical Disease Curative Effect

Objective]To observe acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of neck type cervical spondylopathy.Methods] 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups,45 patients in the control group of traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy TDP lamp to conventional treatment,the treatment group of 45 patients by acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy given at TDP lamp combination therapy.After four weeks on cervical vertebra disease symptoms and signs were observed and compared.After one cycle(4weeks) after treatment to determine efficacy.Results]The treatment group were cure 26 cases,markedly 17 cases,improve 2 cases,invalid 0 cases,the total efficiency rate for 95.60%.The control group were cure 20 cases,markedly 20 cases,improve 4 cases,invalid 1 cases,the total efficiency rate for 88.90%.Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion]Acupuncture on treatment of cervical disease has a better effect.
