加味胎元饮配合黄体酮治疗早期先兆流产的临床研究

摘    要:目的:本研究是以中医理论为指导,观察加味胎元饮配合黄体酮治疗先兆流产的临床疗效,并通过对血清β-HCG、E2、P水平等客观指标的观察,来评定加味胎元饮的临床疗效及进一步揭示其安胎机理。方法:选择先兆流产患者60例,均符合该病诊断与纳入标准,随机分为治疗组30例(加味胎元饮配合黄体酮组),对照组30例(黄体酮组)。分别观察治疗组与对照组治疗前后血清β-HCG、E2、P水平及临床症状的改变。结果:治疗组30例中,总有效率96.7%;对照组30例中,总有效率86.7%,秩和检验结果显示两组疗效有显著差异(P0.05)。两组患者血清β-HCG变化有显著差异(P0.05)。治疗组与对照组血清E2、P水平与治疗前相比均有显著差异(P0.01)。结论:加味胎元饮配合黄体酮治疗先兆流产效果优于临床单独应用黄体酮。

Clinical research on treating early threatened abortion with the Taiyuan decoction plus progesterone
Abstract:Objective: This study is based on TCM theory as a guide,observe the flavored fetal drink with the clinical efficacy of progesterone treatment of threatened abortion,and through the observation of objective indicators of serum beta-HCG,E2,P levels to assess the Taiyuan decoction clinical efficacy and further reveal the mechanism of its tocolysis.Methods: 60 cases of patients with threatened abortion,are consistent with the diagnosis of the disease and inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases(Taiyuan decoction with the progesterone group),control group 30 cases(progesterone group).Observe changes in the treatment group and control group before and after treatment of serum beta-of HCG,E2,P levels and clinical symptoms.Results: In the treatment group(30 cases),the total efficiency of 96.7%;in the control group(30 cases),the total efficiency of 86.7% rank-sum test results show significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The two groups of patients with serum β-HCG changes are significant differences(P<0.05).Treatment group and control group,serum E2and P levels before treatment compared to both a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion: Treating threatened abortion with the Taiyuan decoction plus progesterone effects progesterone better than the clinical alone.
