摘    要:加强医学生人文素质教育是当前高等医学教育面临的一项重要任务。本文分析了我国高校临床技能学教学现状,提出了从临床技能学实践教学内容、师资队伍和考核评估等多种途径加强人文素质教育,不但可以提高医学生的学习效果,也是培养高素质医学人才的迫切需求。

Abstract:It is an important task of strengthening the humanistic quality education of medical students under the current higher medical education.This paper analyzes the present teaching situation in clinical skills learning of colleges and universities in China,and some countermeasures are put forward to enhance the humanities quality of medical students in clinical skills learning practice teaching content,strength of teaching team,and improving the assessment and evaluation,which not only increases the effect of teaching but also cultivates high quality medical talents.
