血管回声跟踪技术评价中老年人颈动脉粥样硬化的价值

摘    要:目的:探讨血管回声跟踪技术(Echo Tracking,ET)评价中老年颈动脉粥样硬化的价值。方法:常规超声及ET技术检查40岁以上具有高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、脑梗死、高脂血症任意一种或合并多种上述疾病的受检者94例(A组)、没有任何上述疾病的受检者143例(B组)。常规超声检查以内中膜厚度大于1mm或存在斑块、狭窄情况视为阳性。ET测量获取颈总动脉的弹性系数(Ep)、僵硬度(β)、顺应性(AC)、增大指数(AI)、脉冲波传导速度(PWVβ),超出正常值范围视为阳性。结果:A组β、Ep、PWVβ值均显著高于B组(P<0.05),AC值显著低于B组(P<0.05)。与常规超声相比,ET技术对A组的定性判断结果无明显差异(P>0.05),但对B组的定性判断结果具有更高的阳性率(P<0.05)。结论:ET技术可对中老年颈动脉粥样硬化做出评价,可提高中老年早期颈动脉粥样硬化的诊断阳性率,有利于对中老年心脑血管疾病提出早期预警。

The value of Echo-Tracking technique in evaluation of carotid artery arteriosclerosis in older adults

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the value of echo-tracking technique(ET) in evaluation of carotid arteriosclerosis in older adults.Methods:Conventional ultrasound(US) and ET were performed on 94 cases with hypertension or diabetes or coronary heart disease or cerebral infraction or hyperglycemia or both of them(group A) and 143 cases with none of above.All cases were more than 40 years old.Carotid intimae-media thickness exceeding 1mm or plaque founding or stenosis was regarded as US positive.Ep,β,AC,AI,PWVβ were measured by ET examination,and the value exceeding normal range was regarded as ET positive.Results: In group A,the β、Ep、PWVβ value were higher and AC value lower than those of group B significantly(P<0.05).Compared with US,ET showed higher positive rate in group B(P<0.05) while with no different of positive rate in group A(P>0.05).Conclusions: ET technique could give evaluation for carotid arteriosclerosis and could improve the diagnosis of early carotid artery atherosis in older adults,which might be helpful for early warning of cardio-cerebrovascular disease in older adults.
