| 摘 要： | 目的：用单因素试验法对清喉颗粒提取工艺进行考察。方法：以绿原酸、牛蒡子苷及总黄酮得率为指标,对溶媒、醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数和浸泡时间等6因素进行考察。结论：清喉颗粒的提取工艺条件为：加10倍量70%乙醇浸泡2小时后,提取3次,1.5h/次。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the extraction techniques of throat-cleansing powder using the single-factor experimental method.Methods With the acquisition rates of chlorogenic acid,arctiin,and total flavonoids as indexes,observations were made on six factors,viz.the solvents,alcohol concentration,drug-liquid ratio,extraction time,number of times of extraction and soaking time.Results The optimal condition for the extraction of throat-cleansing powder is: soaking for 2 hours in 70% ethanol 10 times in volume;extraction for 3 times;extraction time is 1.5 hours each. |
