阴囊转移皮瓣阴茎根部白膜固定术治疗隐匿性阴茎临床观察

目的探讨阴囊转移皮瓣阴茎根部白膜固定术治疗小儿隐匿性阴茎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年11月—2011年2月住院采用阴囊转移皮瓣阴茎根部白膜固定术治疗的20例小儿隐匿性阴茎的临床资料。结果20例患儿均一期愈合,术后住院时间6～8 d,平均7 d,随访3～5个月,无包皮炎症水肿,无明显狭窄环形成,无痛性勃起,无排尿异常。结论阴囊转移皮瓣阴茎根部白膜固定术操作简单、术后恢复快、并发症少,适用于阴茎发育较好、包皮相对较短、阴茎充分延长后不能完全覆盖阴茎体患者。

Treatment of Occult Penis Via Scrotum Flap Fixation of Albuginea Penis:Observation of 20 Cases

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of scrotal flap fixation albuginea penis in the treatment of concealed penis in children.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 20 cases of concealed penis patients underwent scrotal flap fixation albuginea penis during hospitalization between November 2008 and February 2011.Results All the 20 patients healed after 6~8 days of hospitalization(averaged 7 days) with no foreskin inflammation,edema,significant formation of narrow rings,painless erection,nor voiding dysfunction noted during the follow-up of 3~5 months.Conclusion Albuginea penis scrotum flap fixation is a simple method with rapid postoperative recovery and fewer complications.It is suitable to be used under the condition of well-developed penis and relatively short foreskin,which fails to cover the penis completely after fully extended.
