肝豆状核变性的循证治疗

目的借助循证医学的方法为肝豆状核变性的患者确定治疗目标及治疗方案。方法在充分评估患者情况后,根据PICO原则,提出临床问题,从Cochrane图书馆网络版(1990—2009年)、PubMed(1990—2009年)、Embase(1990—2009年)、万方数据库(1990—2009年),查找与肝豆状核变性治疗相关的系统评价和临床试验,并对相关证据进行评价。结果共纳入与不同问题相关的系列病例报告35篇,系统评价19篇,随机对照试验9篇,临床指南2篇。通过对检索结果进行分析,为患者制定了合理的治疗方案。经6个月随访证实,该方案适合患者。结论采用循证治疗的方法,为确诊的肝豆状核变性患者制定合理的治疗方案,可有效提高治疗效果及患者的生存质量。

Evidence-Based Treatment for Wilson Disease

Objective To explore the treatment plan for patients with Wilson disease using evidence-based medicine methods.Methods After clinical problems were put forward,systematic reviews and randomized controlled trials concerning the treatment of Wilson disease were collected from Cochrane library(1990—2009),PubMed(1990—2009),Embase(1990—2009),Wanfang Database(1990—2009).Treatment protocol was produced considering both the filed evidences and the evaluation of the patients.Results A total of 35 case reports,19 systematic review,9 randomized clinical trials,2 clinical guidelines were identified.A rational treatment plan was made upon a serious evaluation of the data.After six months of follow-up,the plan was proved optimal.Conclusion The treatment efficacy of Wilson disease can be improved by individualized treatment plan based on evidence-based methods.
