| 摘 要： | 目的:分析新生儿肺透明膜病(HMD)的胸部X线表现,提高对该病诊断及鉴别诊断能力。方法:回顾性分析我院20例新生儿肺透明膜病的床边胸部X线表现。结果:两肺广泛网织状颗粒状影,肺野透亮度降低,支气管充气征等为HMD的典型X线表现。结论:新生儿床边胸部X线检查对HMD诊断、预后及治疗有着重要的指导作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the chest radiography characteristics of Hyaline Membrane disease(HMD) which can increase the X-ray diagnose rate and improve HMD in X-ray diagnosis of awareness.Methods:The chest radiography data of 20 cases with HMD in our hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit were collected and analyazed retrospectively.Results: The chest radiograph showed the grid-like,granular,through the brightness of the two lower lung field and the typical disease-based air bronchogram sign.Conclusions: The neonatal pulmonary HMD in X-ray sign have an extremely important value of diagnosis,prognosis and treatment. |
