康复期精神分裂症患者家庭环境因素分析

目的:探讨康复期精神分裂症患者的家庭环境状况。方法:使用家庭环境量表(FES-CV)中文版对40例康复期精神分裂症患者和38例正常人进行对照分析。结果:康复期精神分裂症患者的家庭环境量表中亲密度、情感表达、矛盾性、独立性、成功性、知识性、娱乐性等因子分均低于正常对照组,道德宗教观、组织性、控制性等因子分高于正常对照组,其中亲密度、情感表达、成功性、知识性、娱乐性等因子的差异有显著性(分别:t=-2.130,P=0.0364;t=-2.820,P=0.0061;t=-2.486,P=0.0151;t=-2.617,P=0.0107;t=-2.848,P=0.0057),组织性、控制性等因子的差异有高度显著性(分别:t=3.546,P=0.0006;t=3.454,P=0.0009)。结论:康复期精神分裂症患者具有低亲密度、低情感表达、低娱乐性、低知识性、低成功性和高组织性、高控制性的家庭环境特点。建议结合此特点制定具体的家庭治疗计划实施心理干预,尽最大可能地恢复患者的社会功能。

Factor Analysis on Family Environment of Convalescent Schizophrenic Patients

Objective:The aim of the research is to explore family environment of convalescent schizophrenic patents.Methods:I used Chinese edition of Family Environment Scale-CV(FES-CV) to compare the family environment between convalescent schizophrenic patients with normal people.Results: And I found that there were significant differences in FMS-CV factors,such as intimacy,emotional expression,achievement,knowledge and entertainment,between schizophrenic group and normal group;(t=-2.130,P=0.0364;t=-2.820,P=0.0061;t=-2.486,P=0.0151;t=-2.617,P=0.0107;t=-2.848,P=0.0057)and also there were highly significant differences in FMS-CV factors,such as organization and domination,between schizophrenic group and normal group.(t=3.546,P=0.0006;t= 3.454,P=0.0009).Conclusions: Therefore,I came to the conclude that in schizophrenic family,there are less intimacy,emotion expression,achievement,knowledge and entertainment,and more organization and domination than normal family.I suggested that in the interference of these patients,we should offer specific family therapy to help these patients to recover.
