| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨舒肝解郁胶囊治疗轻中度抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法:将60例轻中度抑郁症患者随机分为舒肝解郁胶囊组与西酞普兰组,疗程6周,在0、2、4、6周用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD,17项)评定,评定疗效、记录不良反应。结果:舒肝解郁胶囊在治疗第2周开始起效,有效率70%,与西酞普兰疗效相当,且不良反应少。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊是安全、有效的抗抑郁药之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy and adverse effects of Shugan Jieyu capsule in the treatment of mild to moderate depression.Methods:60 patients with mild to moderate depression were randomly divided into the Shugan Jieyu capsule group and the Citalopram group,treatment for 6 weeks,assessed wit the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale at the end of 0,2nd,4th,6th weeks,and evaluated the efficacy,recorded adverse reaction.Results:Shuganjieyu capsule started to work In second weeks of treatment,the effective rate was 70%,and less adverse reactions.Conclusion:Shugan Jieyu capsule is a safe and effective antidepressant. |
