2型糖尿病伴有脑梗死的危险因素分析

目的:探讨2型糖尿病伴有脑梗死的危险因素。方法:研究49例2型糖尿病伴有脑梗死和48例2型糖尿病无脑梗死患者,对两组间的临床数据进行分析比较。结果:2型糖尿病伴有脑梗死组的吸烟比率、血尿酸、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的检出率均高于无脑梗死组(P﹤0.01),Logistic回归分析显示吸烟、尿酸和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块是脑梗死的危险因素。结论:吸烟、尿酸增高和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块是2型糖尿病伴有脑梗死的危险因素。

Risk factors of cerebral infarction in patients with type-2 diabetics

Objective:To analyze the risk factors of cerebral infarction with type 2 diabetics.Methods:49 cerebral infarction patients with type 2 diabetics and 48 type 2 diabetics’ patients without cerebral infarction were enrolled.The clinical dates were compared and logistic regression analysis was performed to reveal the risk factors for cerebral infarction.Results: The uric acid(UA),cholesterol(CHO),density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),smoke and the ratio of carotid artery plaque in cerebral infarction patients with type 2 diabetics were increased compared with type 2 diabetics without cerebral infarction.Logistic regression analysis showed UA,smoke and carotid artery plaque were risk factors of cerebral infarction.Conclusions: High UA levels,smoke and carotid artery plaque were risk factors of cerebral infarction with type 2 diabetics.
