银屑胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常性银屑病的临床观察

目的观察银屑胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效和安全性。方法将患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。两组均口服阿维A胶囊20mg,1次/d,试验组加用银屑胶囊3粒,3次/d。两组均治疗8周判效。结果试验组、对照组的有效率分别为87.18%和63.16%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组、对照组的不良反应发生率分别为47.50%和50.00%,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组的不良反应均轻微,可耐受。结论银屑胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常性银屑病安全、有效。

Clinical Observation of Yin-xie Capsule Combined with Acitretin Capsule in the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Yin-xie capsule combined with acitretin capsule in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A randomized,parallel comparative clinical observation was performed in 80 patients with psoriasis vulgaris.They were divided into two groups,experimental group and control group.The 40 cases in experimental group of was treated with Yin-xie capsule(3 capsules,tid) and acitretin capsule(20mg,qd),and the 40 cases in control group were given acitretin capsule(20mg,qd) only.The response was evaluated at the end of 8 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 87.18% and in the control group was 63.16%.There was a significant difference between the two groups’ side effect rate(P < 0.05).The side effect rate of the experimental group was 47.50% and 50.00% in the control group.There was no significant difference between them(P > 0.05).The side effects in two groups were mild and tolerated.Conclusion It is effective and safety of Yin-xie capsule combined with acitretin capsule for psoriasis vulgaris.
