社区老年2型糖尿病护理技术与服务需求调查研究

目的在分析《社区2型糖尿病病例管理》中所涉及的护理技术基础上,通过基线调查了解社区老年2型糖尿病患者的护理服务需求。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对新疆石河子市5个社区323例老年2型糖尿病患者对护理服务的需求情况进行调查。结果社区2型糖尿病的护理服务共有12项内容,3种服务方式。老年患者对社区护理服务需求不强,患者在护理技术咨询服务、护理技术处置服务和护理技术服务方式3个维度的需求均值为2.51～2.62分,需求总均分为2.57分,靠近"较少需要"(3分)。不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、经济状况的社区老年2型糖尿病患者3个维度的需求分值及需求总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论社区卫生服务机构要改变原有的坐等患者上门的工作方式;应重点关注男性、60～69岁、已婚患者、文盲和小学文化程度者、人均月收入≤2 000元患者的护理技术服务需求。

Research of Community Medical Care for Elderly Type 2 Diabetes Patients and Their Nursing Demand

Objective Based on the nursing technologies mentioned in " type 2 diabetics management in community",a baseline survey was conducted to know about the needs of the elderly type 2 diabetics for nursing service.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to make a survey of 323 cases of elderly patients with diabetes type 2 from 5 communities in Shihezi city,Xinjing about their needs for nursing service.Results It was found that there were 12 kinds of nursing services and 3 kinds of nursing ways.As a whole,the elderly patients were not eager for community nursing services.The mean value of three dimensions of services elderly needed: nursing technology consultation,nursing technology usages and nursing technical service ways,was between 2.51 ~ 2.62.The total average score of the services elderly needed was 2.57,which nearly equaled to less need(3 scores 2).In terms of mean value of the three dimensions of services and the total scores,the difference among the elderly type 2 diabetics with different sex,age,marital status,economic situation was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Community medical service organization needs to change original sit-back-and-wait-for-patient way of working.More concern should be shown for the male patients who are in their sixties,married,illiterate,earning less than 2 000 Yuan monthly.
