口腔卫生行为对高血脂的影响

目的:分析口腔卫生行为对高血脂的影响程度。方法:从太原市5个区中随机抽取一个社区的1 500例受试者,以问卷调查的方式展开调查,并现场采集血标本。结果:多重线性回归结果显示:影响胆固醇数值变化的因素有是否经常使用牙线、是否饭后漱口、是否使用含氟牙膏、是否经常喝茶(P<0.05),影响甘油三酯数值变化的因素有是否饭后漱口、是否经常吃甜食、是否经常喝茶、开始刷牙年龄、是否经常使用牙线(P<0.05),影响低密度脂蛋白值变化的因素有是否经常使用牙线、是否经常喝茶(P<0.05),影响高密度脂蛋白数值变化的因素有是否经常使用牙线、开始刷牙年龄、是否经常喝茶、是否饭后漱口(P<0.05),影响体重指数值变化的因素有是否经常使用牙线、是否经常吃甜食、开始刷牙年龄、是否经常喝茶、是否饭后漱口、是否使用含氟牙膏(P<0.05)。结论:口腔卫生行为对高血脂各项检测指标的变化起到一定的影响作用。

Oral health behavior on the influence of the tall blood fat

Objective:Oral health behavior analysis of the influence degree of tall blood fat.Methods:1500 volunteers from one community were randomly selected from five districts of Taiyuan and carrying on the investigation by questionnaire survey’s way,and scene gathering blood specimen.Results: Multivariate analysis showed that the factors affecting the figure variation of Cholesterol is often flossing,whether mouthwash,after the meal is use fluoride toothpaste,are often drink tea,affecting the figure variation of triglyceride is often flossing,whether mouthwash,after the meal is use fluoride toothpaste,are often drink tea,affecting the figure variation of low density lipoprotein are often flossing,whether is often drink tea,affecting the figure variation of high density lipoprotein are often flossing,whether began to brush my teeth age,are often drink tea,whether you after the meal,or not and affecting the figure variation of body mass index are often use dental floss,is often eat sweet food,start brushing your teeth age,are often drink tea,whether mouthwash after the meal,whether to use fluoride toothpaste.Conclusions: Oral health behavior for high blood fats detect each index changes has certain effect.
