复方甘草酸苷递减疗法联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

目的观察复方甘草酸苷递减疗法联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法 90例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。治疗组口服依巴斯汀片10mg,1次/d,同时口服复方甘草酸苷,第1～4周递减疗法依次为50mg3次/d,50mg2次/d,25mg3次/d,25mg2次/d,第5～6周25mg1次/d。对照组口服依巴斯汀片10mg,1次/d,复方甘草酸苷50mg,3次/d。均连用6周后计算疗效指数并判定疗效。结果两组有效率(88.10%,68.29%)和复发率(16.22%,46.43%)比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷递减疗法联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效肯定,复发率较低。

Clinical Observation of Glycyrrhizin Decremental Treatment Combined with Ebastine for Chronic Urticaria

Objective To observe the effect of glycyrrhizin decremental treatment combined with ebastine for chronic urticaria.Methods Ninety chronic urticaria patients were divided into treatment and control group randomly,each 45 cases.Treatment group were applied ebastine 10mg once a day and glycyrrhizin decremental treatment.In the 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th week the dose was 50mg,tid,50mg,bid,25mg,tid and 25mg,bid.In the 5th and 6th week the dose was 25mg once a day.Control group were applied glycyrrhizin 50mg tid and ebastine 10mg once a day.Course was 6 weeks.Effective index was used to calculate the effective rate.Results The effective and the recurrent rate of treatment group was 88.10% and 16.22%.That of control group was 68.29% and 46.43%.There were significant difference between them(P < 0.05).Conclusion Glycyrrhizin decremental treatment and ebastine is effective for chronic urticaria,and with low recurrent rate.
