基于早期预警评分建立的骨科术后患者程序化监护方案的应用价值研究

目的探讨基于早期预警评分(MEWS)的骨科术后患者程序化监护方案的应用价值。方法将骨科术后患者随机分为对照组(110例)和实验组(109例)。对照组采用传统的监测方案即根据医生医嘱进行监测,实验组采用根据MEWS评分设计的程序化监护方案。对比分析两组意外事件发生率、30 d内病死率、ICU转入率、平均住院日及患者的满意度。结果实验组在意外事件发生率、30 d内病死率、ICU转入率、平均住院日均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于MEWS评分建立的骨科术后患者程序化监护方案具有较好的应用价值,能降低骨科手术后患者风险的发生,有利于医护之间的合作,提高了患者的满意度,增强了护士的主动服务意识。

The Application Value of Programmed Methods in Caring Postoperative Patients in Orthopedics Department Based on Modified Early Warning Score

Objective To explore the application value of programmed methods in caring the postoperative patients in Orthopedics Department based on Modified Early Warning Score(MEWS).Methods The postoperative patients in Orthopedics Department were randomly divided into control group(n=110) and experiment group(n=109).The control group received traditional monitoring methods according to medical orders,while the experiment group received programmed monitoring methods which were designed based on MEWS.The differences of accident event rate,mortality within 30 days,rate of transferring to ICU,average staying time and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The accident event rate,mortality within 30 days,rate of transferring to ICU of the experiment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The average staying time in the experiment group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction in the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The programmed methods based on MEWS have good application value in caring the postoperative patients and reducing the risks of the patients.It is also beneficial to the cooperation between doctors and nurses.It can improve patient satisfaction and enhance nurses′ sense of active service.
