100例高血压合并脑出血患者不同手术治疗方法临床对照研究

目的:分析高血压合并脑出血患者不同临床治疗方法的疗效。方法:对内科保守治疗、颅内血肿微创清除治疗、外科手术治疗100例患者进行回顾性分析。结果:手术治疗和微创治疗相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。手术治疗与微创治疗的治愈率相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。3组患者的病死率差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:手术治疗和微创治疗的治愈率与保守治疗相比均有显著差异,有手术指征的患者还是应积极争取超早期手术治疗。同时应针对微创血肿抽吸引流术不同的病情和病程,建立规范化和程序化的急诊、内科及外科综合治疗模式,以提高疗效。

The clinical compare study of different operation treatment method in 100 hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of different clinical treatment method in hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods:To look back sexual analysis 100 patients by 3 kinds of method treat for conservative internal medicine,tiny wound evacuation of intracerebral hematomas and surgical operation treatment.Results: The cure rate of operation treatment and tiny wound treatment and conservative treatment compare have notable discrepancy(P<0.05).The cure rate of operation treatment and tiny wound treatment compare non-significant difference(P>0.05).3 groups of ill dead rate non-significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions: The cure rate of operation treatment and tiny wound treatment and conservative treatment compare has notable discrepancy.Having operation meets disease patients;operation in early stage is good.To establish standardize and program melts’ treatment pattern,with different condition and stage.The doctor of the department of emergency and nerve internal medicine,neurosurgery should suit closely.
