PINCH蛋白在垂体腺瘤中的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的探讨垂体腺瘤中PINCH蛋白的表达程度及其与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的相关性。方法选取2005年1月—2007年1月50例垂体腺瘤患者,应用免疫组织化学技术检测37例侵袭性垂体腺瘤(侵袭组)、13例非侵袭性垂体腺瘤(非侵袭组)及15例正常脑组织(对照组)中PINCH蛋白的表达,并对结果进行分析。结果 3组的PINCH蛋白的阳性表达程度比较,差异有统计学意义(Hc=14.06,P<0.05)。Ⅲ~Ⅳ级垂体腺瘤中PINCH蛋白的阳性表达程度与Ⅰ~Ⅱ级比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.05,P<0.05)。不同性别、年龄及肿瘤组织学分型的患者的PINCH蛋白在垂体腺瘤中的阳性表达率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PINCH蛋白的表达程度与垂体腺瘤Knosp分级呈正相关(r=0.9974,P<0.01)。结论 PINCH蛋白在侵袭性垂体腺瘤组织中呈现高表达,其阳性表达程度可能与垂体腺瘤的侵袭性和预后相关,但与患者的性别、年龄及肿瘤组织学分型无明显相关性。

Expression and Significance of PINCH Protein in Pituitary Adenoma

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of PINCH protein in pituitary adenoma and to evaluate the relationship between the expression of PINCH protein and pituitary adenoma.Methods 50 patients with pituitary adenoma from January 2005 to January 2007 were involved into the study.The expression of PINCH protein of tissue samples from 37 invasive pituitary adenomas(invasive group),13 noninvasive pituitary adenomas(noninvasive group) and 15 normal brain(control group) were examined by immunohistochemical method.Results The positive expression rate of PINCH protein was 56.8%(21/37)in 37 cases of invasive pituitary adenomas and 23.1%(3/13)in 13 cases of noninvasive pituitary adenomas and 0(0/15)in normal brain cases.There were statistically significant differences in positive expression rate of PINCH protein of pituitary adenomas between level Ⅲ to Ⅳ and level Ⅰto Ⅱ(χ2=6.05,P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in positive expression rate of pituitary adenomas between patients with different sex,age and histological type of pituitary adenomas(P>0.05).The expression of PINCH protein was positively correlated with the grade of Knosp(r=0.9974,P<0.01).Conclusion Positive expression of PINCH protein in invasive pituitary adenoma is high,and it indicates that PINCH protein may play an important role in the invasion and prognosis of pituitary adenoma.But PINCH protein expression is not obviously correlated with patients′ gender,age and histological type of pituitary adenomas.
