| 摘 要： | 目的：目的用高效液相色谱法测定朱格伦乌日-6中羟基红花黄色素A含量。方法色谱柱为phenomenex C18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液（26：2：72）,检测波长为403nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1。结果羟基红花黄色素A进样量线性范围是0.0855～1.2825μg（r=0.999）,平均加样回收率为100.1%,RSD=0.9%（n=6）。结论该方法简便、灵敏,可用于制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective :To establish a method of HPLC determination of Hydroxysafflor yellow A in Zhugelunwuri-6.Methods :The column was phenomenex C18(250 mm× 4.6 mm,5μ m).The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-acetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid solution(26:2:72) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1,and the detecting wavelength was at 403 nm.Results The linear range of Hydroxysafflor yellow A was 0.0855～1.2825μg(r=0.999)and the average recovery rate was 100.1%,RSD=0.9%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It could be used for the quality control of Zhugelunwuri-6. |
