| 摘 要： | 目的:调查分析精神分裂症患者一级亲属心理状态及心理干预措施。方法:采用SCL-90症状自评量表对169例精神分裂症患者一级亲属进行心理调查,并将调查结果与常模对照分析研究。结果:精神分裂症患者一级亲属在躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病等因子分显著高于常模(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者一级亲属存在明显的心理问题,应对其进行必要的心理干预。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the mental state and psychological interventions of first-degree relatives of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:Used SCL-90 to investigate psychology of 169 cases of first-degree relatives of patients with schizophrenia,and compared the findings with the norm.Results:Somatization,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,terror,mental illness and other factor scores of first-degree relatives of patients with schizophrenia were significantly higher than norm(P<0.05).Conclusion:First-degree relatives of patients with schizophrenia have obvious psychological problems,should carry out the necessary psychological intervention. |
