| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨优质护理服务对产妇妊娠结局及满意率的影响。方法:将2010年9月至2011年9月在我院待产的1 200例产妇分为观察组和对照组各600例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理服务,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组的剖宫产率、产后出血率及抑郁率、新生儿窒息率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组的护理满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务有利于改善产妇的妊娠结局,提高护理满意率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing services on the maternal pregnancy outcome and satisfaction rate.Methods:1200 cases of gynecology maternal that were treated in in our hospital from September 2010 to September 2011 were divided into the observation group and control group,the control group was given the routine care,the observation group was given the high quality nursing service,the two groups were compared by care effect.Results:Cesarean delivery rate,the bleeding after delivery rate and depression rates,newborns suffocation rate in the observation group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).The quality of care satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high quality nursing service can improve maternal pregnancy outcomes,improve the quality of care satisfaction rate. |
