静注右美托咪定对腹部手术术后镇痛效果的影响

目的:观察预防性静脉给予右美托咪定用于开腹手术患者术后镇痛效果的影响时的临床效果。方法:将患者随机分为两组,D组在缝皮前给予右美托咪定0.5μg/kg(t=10 mins),S组静注氯化钠溶液2 ml;术中采用丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉,术后采用舒芬太尼自控式静脉镇痛(PCIA);记录手术时间,术中瑞芬太尼用量,术后3、12、24、48 h瑞芬太尼消耗量,静息时疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果:与S组相比,D组静注右美托咪定可减少术中瑞芬太尼的用量、术后3、12 h的舒芬太尼消耗量(P<0.05)。结论:手术中静脉给予右美托咪定可增强术后镇痛效果。

Effect of introvenous dexmedetomidine to postoperative analgesic in patients underwent abdominal cavity surgery

Objective:To observe the effect of intravenous dexmedetomidine on postoperative analgesic in patients underwent abdominal cavity surgery.Methods:All the patients were divided randomly into two groups D and S according to the different medications: dexmedetomidine 0.5μg/kg IV with the injection time>10min(group D,20 patients),NS 2ml IV(group S,20 patients).Anesthesia was maintained by propofol and remifentanil.Postoperative analgesic was provided by only patient-controlled analgesia with sufentanil.Postoperative pain was evaluated by visual analog score(VAS).VAS was measured at rest at 3、12、24、48h postoperatively.Record the consumption of sufentanil.Results: Contrast with group S,dexmedetomidine reduced remifentanil consumption during surery as well as postoperative sufentanil consumption at 3、12h.Conclusions: The group with the venous injection of dexmedetomidine was considered to be reduced opium consumption and improved postoperative analgesia after abdominal cavity surgery.
