| 摘 要： | 目的:观察藏药浴在治疗痉挛型脑瘫儿中降低肌张力疗效。方法;选取痉挛型脑瘫患儿16例,随机分为两组,对照组为常规治疗方法,观察组在常规治疗基础上予以藏药药浴,每次30分钟,每日2次,1个月为1疗程,并予以评价两组肌张力降低程度。结果:观察组降低肌张力的疗效较对照组显著(P<0.01)。结论:藏药药浴可显著降低肌张力,缩短病程,提高患儿的康复机率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study Tibetan medicine in the treatment bath in children with spastic cerebral palsy treatment to reduce muscle tension.Method;selected children with spastic CP,16 patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group conventional treatment methods,observed in the conventional therapy group to be Tibetan medicated bath,30 minutes,2 times a day,1 month for a course,and be reduced degree of muscle tension were evaluated.Results: The efficacy of lower muscle tension than the control group was significantly(P <0.01).Conclusion: Tibetan medicated bath can significantly reduce muscle tension,and duration,improve children’s chances of rehabilitation. |
