精神分裂症患者攻击行为相关因素分析及护理

目的:探讨精神分裂症患者攻击行为的相关因素及护理对策。方法:调查住院精神分裂症患者,分为攻击组54例和非攻击组63例,进行简明精神病量表(BPRS)评分以及临床特征单因子比较,相关结果采用SPSS 10.0统计软件分析相关因素。结果:在既往攻击史、治疗护理依从性、强制措施、情绪易激惹、BPRS总分及因子分等方面两组差异有显著性。结论:精神分裂症患者攻击行为与精神症状密切相关,而治疗、护理依从性差,采用强制措施是发生攻击行为的重要诱发因素;护理人员及时评估攻击行为的相关因素,及早采取有效护理干预,可降低和控制攻击行为发生。

The Analysis of Related Factors of Aggressive Behaviors for Schizophrenia Patients and the Nursing Strategies

Objective:The paper attempts to explore the related factors of aggressive behaviors and nursing measures for the schizophrenia patients.Hospitalized patients with schizophrenia,with aggressive behaviors group of 54 cases and non-aggressive behaviors group of 63 cases,are discussed in relation to Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS) and the single factor clinical characteristics.SPSS 10.0 statistical software is employed to examine related factors.The results of this study suggest that the two groups of patients have significant differences in previous histories of aggressive behaviors,treatment and nursing compliance,compulsory measures,emotional irritability,BPRS total scores and single factor clinical characteristics.The study may draw the conclusion that schizophrenia patients’ aggressive behaviors and mental symptoms are closely related and poor treatment and nursing compliance and compulsory measures are the inducements of aggressive behaviors.In order to reduce and control aggressive behaviors,nurses should assess the factors related to aggressive behaviors and take early and effective nursing intervention.Methods:Results: Conclusions:
