包头地产粮食和农产品色氨酸的测定

摘    要:以氰离子激活木瓜蛋白酶法测定1994年包头地产35种粮食,农副产品中色氨酸的含量。粮食中色氨酸的含量为76.79-425.10mg/100g;其农副产品中色氨酸的含量为76.47-825.50mg/100g。

Abstract:ryptophan content of 35 kinds of cereals and their sideline products produced in 1994 inbaotou area was determined with cvanideactivated papain hydrolytic method.It is shown thatthe tryptophan content ranges fron 76.79 to 425.10mg/100g in the cereals and froin 76.47 to825.50mg/100g in their sideline products.
