| 摘 要： | 以氰离子激活木瓜蛋白酶法测定１９９４年包头地产３５种粮食，农副产品中色氨酸的含量。粮食中色氨酸的含量为７６．７９－４２５．１０ｍｇ／１００ｇ；其农副产品中色氨酸的含量为７６．４７－８２５．５０ｍｇ／１００ｇ。

| Abstract: | ryptophan content of 35 kinds of cereals and their sideline products produced in 1994 inbaotou area was determined with cvanideactivated papain hydrolytic method.It is shown thatthe tryptophan content ranges fron 76.79 to 425.10mg/100g in the cereals and froin 76.47 to825.50mg/100g in their sideline products. |
