| 摘 要： | 目的：观察蒙脱石对复发性口腔溃疡的治疗效果。方法：113例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分成两组。治疗组57例在常规处理的基础上采用蒙脱石(Smectite)糊剂局部涂敷，对照组56例在常规治疗的基础上用生理盐水清洗溃疡面。观察溃疡面积和愈合时间的变化。结果：治疗组的溃疡愈合时间显著缩短，总有效率达89．6％；对照组总有效率为42．7％。结论：Smectite治疗复发性口腔溃疡具有良好的临床效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Smectite on reurrnet oral ulcer(ROU).Method:113 patients with ROU were randomly divided into 2 groups.Smectite was administered locally to the Smectite group,and the control group was given normal saline.The diameter of lesion was examined after treatment.Result:In Smectite group ,the healing time was shortened significantly.The total effective rate was 89.6% in Smectite group and 42.7% in control group.conclusion:Smectite can cure ROU effectly. |
