乳腺癌的影像学诊断现状与进展

对于乳腺癌的早期诊断,影像学检查占有重要地位。X线摄影及超声检查是目前乳腺影像学检查的主要手段,被认为是黄金组合。CT检查能较好显示淋巴结转移情况,CT灌注成像能反映乳腺病变的血流特点,有助于乳腺良、恶性病变的鉴别诊断。磁共振波谱分析提示乳腺癌组织内胆碱水平变化,是诊断乳腺癌重要标准。磁共振扩散加权成像根据表观扩散系数值可以对乳腺良、恶性病变做出鉴别诊断。对缺乏影像特征的微小病灶可行活检定性。

The Present Situation and Advance of Imaging in Diagnosis of Breast Carcinoma

Imaging examination is important in the early diagnosis of breast carcinoma.X ray and ultrasonic are the present main imaging examination method for diagnosis of breast carcinoma,which are considered to be the best gold combinathion.CT examination can show the status of lymph node metastases,especially.MSCT perfusion may reflect the features of breast diseases.These parameters have a value in diagnosis of breast disease and are helpful in differential diagnosis.It is the important standard that choline levels detected by MRS is higher in breast carcinoma.It is applicable to differentiate benign from malignant breast lesions by ADC (DW MRI).Aspiration biopsy should be used in diagnosis of smaller lesion lacking imaging character.
