| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新辅助化疗对乳腺癌组织中相关癌基因bcl-2、bax表达的影响。方法采用免疫组化LSAB法进行化疗前后肿瘤组织bcl-2、bax基因蛋白表达的检测,并与临床研究对照。结果4种不同化疗方案临床效果不同,CMF方案有效率为66.7%,CEF方案有效率为87.5%,CAF方案有效率为82.4%,NA方案有效率为100%。4种不同化疗方案均使bax与bcl-2蛋白化疗后表达增水平高。结论新辅助化疗使癌基因bcl-2、bax表达增强。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the change of clinical and pathologic and the expression of bcl-2 and bax in tissue of breast cancer between preneoadjuvant chemotherapy and postneoadjuvantchemotherapy.Methods LSAB was used to detect the expression of bcl-2 and bax in the tissue of breast cancer including preneoadjuvant chemotherapy and postneoadjuvant chemotherapy,and compared with clinical studies.Results These four chemotherapy projects had different clinical resolution rate.Rates of CMF and CEF were 66.7% and 87.5% respectively,and in CAF and NA were 82.4% and 100% respectively.These four chemotherapy projects all increased the expression of bcl-2 and bax in the tissue of postneoadjuvant chemotherapy.Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy increased the expression of bcl-2 and bax. |
