| 摘 要： | 为了观察FEP—BY01型肿瘤超声治疗机治疗胰腺癌的安全性及近期疗效，应用FEP—BY01型肿瘤超声治疗机治疗胰腺癌40例。结果表明：完全缓解率(CR)20％(8／40)；部分缓解率(PR)70％(28／40)；有效率90％(CR PR)；无效(PD)10％(4/40)。并且能明显缓解癌性疼痛，有效率达80％(32／40)。所有病例治疗时均未出现胰液漏、腹腔内出血、胃肠道穿孔、皮肤烧伤等并发症。高能聚焦超声治疗技术对胰腺癌的治疗安全有效。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the recent curative efficacy and security of high intensity focused ultrasound (type FEP-BY01)in patients with cancer of pancreas. 40 patients with cancer of pancreas, were treated by FEP-BY01. The overall response rate was 90%(36/40),including 20%(8/40) complete response (CR) and 70%(28/40)partial response (PR). The inefficiency rate was 10%(4/40) The cancer pain was relieved in 80% patients (32/40). No complications such as pancreatic juice leakage, bleeding, perforation of gastrointestinal tracts, scalding of skin in the group occurred. This study shows that HIFU is a efficacious and secure treatment for the patients with cancer of pancreas. |
