叶酸对胃癌癌前状态细胞内叶酸水平的影响

目的：探讨叶酸治疗对胃癌癌前状态内叶酸水平的影响。方法：胃镜活组织经病理证实为胃癌癌前状态38例（包括胃粘膜结肠型肠上皮化生18例和轻、中度不典型增生20例），采用美国DPC公司的化学发光酶免疫分析试剂盒测定以上组织中叶酸浓度。将病例随机分为治疗组19例，对照组19例（每组含胃粘膜结肠型肠上皮化生9例和轻、中度不典型增生10例）。治疗组给予叶酸10mg，每天3次，连续3个月，对照组给予硫糖铝1．0g，第天3次，连续3个月，复查组织细胞中叶酸水平。结果：治疗后治疗组细胞内叶酸水平明显高于治疗前（P＜0．05）。对照组治疗前后叶酸水平无明显变化（P＞0．05）。结论：叶酸可使胃癌癌前状态细胞叶酸水平明显提高。

Effects of the treatment with folic acid on intracellular folic acid levels of precancerous condition of gastric mucosa

Objective To study the effects of the treatment with folic acid on intracellular folic acid levels of precancerous condition of gastric cancer.Methods Gastric biopsy specimens were taken by endoscopy from 38 pantients with precancerous condition of gastric cancer(consisting of 18 patientis with gastric mucosa metaplasia of colon type and 20 patients with light or middle degree gastric hyperplasia),and verified by pathology.Intracellular folic acid level in these kinds of tissues was measured by the immulite automated immunoassay system and folic acid kid manufactured by DPC(Diagnostic products corporation)in USA.These patients were randomly divided into two groups,the trial group and the control group.the former were treated with folic acid 10?mg each time,three times a day for 3 months and the later were treated with sucralfate 1.0?g each time,three times a day for 3 months.The intracellular folic acid level was reexamined after therapy.Results The intracellular folic acid level of trial group was higher after therapy than before therapy( P <0.05).There was no difference of intracellular folic acid level after therapy and before therapy in control group( P >0.05).Conclusion The treatment with folic acid can rise intracellular folic acid level of precancerous condition of gastric cancer.
