| 摘 要： | 目的:观察饮食护理对小儿腹泻的影响.方法:238例腹泻患儿随机分为2组,观察组120例,对照组118例.对照组给予常规腹泻护理,观察组在对照组常规护理基础上,给予调整饮食的护理.7 d为1个疗程,2组均1个疗程后评定疗效.结果:观察组120例中显效51例,有效67例,无效2例,总有效率98.0%;对照组118例中显效43例,有效56例,无效19例,总有效率83.9%.2组总有效率比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01).结论:针对性强而有效的护理措施可以提高疗效,促进康复,减少并发症的发生.
