| 摘 要： | 护理教育学是护理专业研究生的必修课程,根据课程的性质和学生的特点,改变传统的课堂讲授方法,尝试采取"讲授一讨论一小组合作学习一微格教学实践"相结合的教学方法,以及与教学方法配套的注重能力与过程的考核方法,经过三年的教学实践,取得了较好的效果.

| Abstract: | Nursing pedagogics is a required course for the postgraduates in nursing specialty.According to the nature of the course and students' characteristics,traditional classroom teaching has been reformed,and a combined teaching way of lecture-discussion-cooperative learning in group-microteaching practice,and a matched assessment stressing ability and process have been tried as well.A good result has been achieved in 3-year practice. |
