携带胫骨骨膜骨块的小腿内侧皮瓣游离移植修复下肢骨及软组织缺损

目的探索携带胫骨骨膜骨块的小腿内侧皮瓣修复下肢骨及软组织缺损的效果。方法1985-1987年，我科使用携带胚骨骨膜骨块的小腿内侧皮瓣治疗了5例下肢骨及软组织缺损病人。结果3例随访10年供区和受区胫骨外形及功能均接近正常，皮瓣色泽佳，弹性好。结论作者认为该瓣在修复大块骨、软组织复合缺损时有许多显著的优点。

The loss of bone and soft tissue of lower limb repaired with medialleg skin flap with periosteum and bone piece of tibia

Objective To explore the effects of treatment in patients with loss of bone and soft tissues repairedwith medial leg skin flaps with periosteum and bone piece of tibia. Methods Five patients with loss of bone andsoft tissues treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical col1ege from 1985 to 1987. They Mere repaired withmedial leg skin flaps with periosteum and bone pieces of tibia, Results Of them, 3 cases were followed-up over10 years, the tibia in supplying areas and receiving areas were normal, the colour of the flaps were excellent, theresults were satisfactory. Conclusions The flaps with periosteum and bone piece of tibia has many ren1arablemerits in repairing the complex loss of the bones and soft tissues.
