| 摘 要： | 通过分析构成血标本分析前质量的环节因素,借助信息系统和循证结果,从检验医嘱的执行、患者准备、标本采集、运送等环节,建立了一套完整的血标本分析前质量保证体系.该体系通过环与环之间的无缝隙对接以及每个环节中质量标准的制定,有力地保证了自我控制、相互控制的实施,结合行政监管,确保了流程中措施的落实,在血标本分析前质控流程的管理上实现了无缝隙管理,达到了全面质量控制,充分保证了血标本分析前的内涵质量.
