电子病案与法律的关系

阐述了电子病案法律价值的影响因素;提出体现EMR法律价值必须解决的问题:(1)解决系统的规范化管理设计问题;(2)对EMR的时限管理设计;(3)保留修改痕迹的设计;警示功能设计;电子签名设计。同时制定质量及安全管理制度,以较好地解决EMR法律效力和价值的问题。

The electronic medical record relation with legal value

The article exposes the influential factors of electronic medical record to legal value, lines the issues must be solved in order to legal value of electronic medical record namely.(1)solution to the issues relation to design of standardized management;(2)design of management to the time limitation electronic medical record;(3)design of keeping correcting trace,design of caution fuction;design of electronic signature, quality and security system should be worked out to have a better solution to the legal value.
