| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨普胃丸及水醇提取物对实验性胃溃疡的疗效.②方法 采用大鼠水浸应激型、醋酸灼烧型胃溃疡模型,观察普胃丸与其水醇加水提物对胃溃疡治疗作用.③结果 与模型组相比,普胃丸及其水醇加水提取物均能降低大鼠胃溃疡指数或减少溃疡面积,抑制溃疡的形成;且水提物溃疡抑制率最高.④结论 普胃丸水提物抗实验性胃溃疡药效最佳.
