锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位及锁骨骨折46例体会

目的:探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位的治疗效果。方法:采用锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位(TossyⅢ型或NeerⅡ型)46例。结果:所有随访病例无钢板螺钉松动断裂等情况,骨折及脱位复位满意。肩关节功能根据Karlsson标准进行评定,优35例,11例,差0例。结论:锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位疗效满意。

Analysis on 46 Cases of Clavicular Hook Plate in Treatment of Distal Clavicle Fractures and Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation

Objective:To discuss Clavicular hook plate in treatment of distal clavicle fractures and Efficacy ofacromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods:This paper used 46 cases of Clavicular hook plate in treatment of distal clavicle fractures and acromioclavicular joint dislocation(TossyⅢor NeerⅡ)to discuss.Results:There was no loosening of the plates and screws in all followed-up patients,and all followed-up patients were satisfied with the reduction of fracture and dislocation.According to Karlsson standard to evaluate the shoulder joint function,the result was as follows:excellent in 35 patients,good in 4 patients and poor in no patients.Conclusion:Clavicular hook plate in treatment of distal clavicle fractures and acromioclavicular joint dislocation might be satisfactory curative effect.
