舍曲林联合小剂量米氮平治疗焦虑抑郁症的疗效分析

目的:探讨舍曲林联合小剂量米氮平对焦虑抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法:焦虑抑郁症患者79例,按门诊及确诊顺序编号,单号为单用组(单用舍曲林),双号为合用组(舍曲林联合米氮平),疗程6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定患者疗效和不良反应。结果:合用组患者HAMD、HAMA评分显著低于单用组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组患者不良反应差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:舍曲林联合米氮平治疗抑郁症效果优于单用舍曲林,米氮平对共病焦虑抑郁症的治疗有增效作用。

Efficacy analysis of Sertraline combined with small-dose Mirtazapine in treatment of depression with anxiety symptoms

Objective：To investigate the efficacy and side effects of Sertraline combined with small-dose Mirtazapine in treatment of depression with anxiety symptoms. Methods ：79 patients with depression with anxiety symptoms were recruited and numbered by the sequence of visiting and diagnosing. The odd numbers were assigned to control group （ sertraline only） , and the even numbers were study group （ sertraline combined with mirtazapine ）, and the treatment lasted for 6 weeks. The efficacy was evaluated with Ham- ilton depression scale （HAMD） and Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA）, and the side effects were evaluated with treatment emergent symptoms scale （TESS）. Results： The total scores of HAMD and HAMA in study group were significantly lower than those in control group after 6 weeks＇ treatment （ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）. No significant differences were found in side effects between the two groups （ P 〉0.05 ）. Conclusions： The efficacy of sertraline combined with mirtazapine is better than that of sertraline only in the treatment of de- pression with anxiety symptoms, and mirtazapine has an auxiliary action in the treatment.
