森田疗法治疗老年髋部骨折患者负性情绪的效果分析

目的:探讨森田疗法对老年髋部骨折患者焦虑抑郁情绪的治疗效果及预后的影响。方法:选择118例老年髋部骨折患者并随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各59例。两组均接受常规骨科治疗及护理的基础上,治疗组进行为期8周的森田疗法治疗。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)分别在治疗前、后测评患者焦虑、抑郁情绪变化。并且统计两组患者并发症的发生率。结果:经森田疗法治疗后的治疗组SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,两组评分具有统计学差异(t=14.21,P<0.01;t=12.68,P<0.01),且并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:森田疗法对老年髋部骨折患者负性情绪的治疗效果确切,且能有效的减少并发症的发生。

Analysis of effects of Morita therapy in treatment of hip fractures for elderly patients with negative emotions

Objective：To investigate effects of Morita therapy in treatment of hip fractures for elderly patients with anxiety and depression and its influences on prognosis. Methods：118 cases with hip fractures were randomly divided into treatment group （59 ca-ses） and control group （59 cases）. All the patients were treated with the routine treatment and nursing in the department of orthope-dics;besides, those in treatment group received the Morita therapy for 8 weeks. The changes of anxiety and depression were assessed by self-rating anxiety scale （ SAS） and self-rating depression scale （ SDS） before and after the treatment. The incidence rates of com-plications of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results：After the Morita therapy, the SAS and SDS scores of treatment group were obviously lower than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant （t=14. 21, P〈0. 01;t=12. 68, P〈0. 01）. Moreover, the incidence rates of the complications of treatment group were lower than those of control group （P〈0. 05）. Con-clusions：The Morita therapy in the treatment of hip fractures for the elderly patients with the negative emotions is effective, and also can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
