血常规与C-反应蛋白对小儿上呼吸道感染早期病原学检测的临床应用

目的探讨血常规与C-反应蛋白联合检测在小儿呼吸道感染病原学检测中的临床应用价值。方法收集2012年4月-2013年6月来该院门诊首诊诊断为上呼吸道感染的2000例患儿，设为观察组，将同期100例健康儿童设为对照组，比较两组外周血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、C-反应蛋白分布情况。结果观察组患儿的外周血白细胞计数、淋巴细胞百分比及CRP间具有相关性，与对照组对比均值间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论CRP及白细胞分类检测可作为小儿上呼吸道感染性疾病早期病原的鉴别指标。

Routine Blood Test and C-reactive Protein in Early Pathogen Detection in Children with Upper Respiratory Infection

Objective To investigate the combined detection of blood and C-reactive protein in pathogen detection in children with upper respiratory infection.Methods During April,2012 to June,2013,2000 cases of children firstly diagnosed with upper respiratory tract infection in outpatient of our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 100 cases of healthy children were selected as the control group.Peripheral blood leukocyte count,neutrophil hundred percent ratio and distribution of CRP of two groups were compared.Results There was correlation between the peripheral white blood cell counts, percentage of lymphocytes and CRP of the children in the observation group,and the differences between the above values of the observation group and those of the control group were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion IdentifiCation of CRP and WBC determination can be used as indicators of early pathogen detection in infantile upper respiratory tract infections.
