海军工程车驾驶员心理健康状况及应对方式

目的:探讨海军工程车驾驶员心理健康状况及应对方式。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和应对方式问卷(CSQ)对80名海军工程车驾驶员进行问卷调查,运用SPSS19.0进行统计分析。结果:海军工程车驾驶员在躯体化、焦虑、强迫三个维度上与军人常模差异显著,在躯体化、焦虑、强迫、抑郁、偏执、精神病性几个维度上与全国常模差异显著。应对方式问卷分析,解决问题、求助因子与SCL-90各因子呈负相关,其余各因子与SCL-90各因子呈显著正相关,而解决问题的应对方式有利于心理健康。结论:海军工程车驾驶员存在一定程度的心理问题,心理健康与应对方式显著相关,成熟的应对方式有利于维护心理健康。

Mental health status and coping styles of naval engineering vehicle driver

Objective：To investigate mental health status and coping styles of naval engineering vehicle drivers. Methods：A total of 80 male drivers were investigated with self-rating symptom scale-90（SCL-90）and coping style questionnaire（CSQ）and the final data were analyzed with SPSS19. 0. Results：The differences on the three dimensions of somatization,obsession,anxious were significant between naval engineering driver and military norm,and the differences of somatization,obsession,anxious,depression, crankiness and mental disorder were significant between engineering driver and national norm. The helping and the solving problem factors were negatively correlated with SCL-90 factors while the others were positively correlated with SCL-90 factors. Further,the coping style of solving problem was beneficial to mental health. Conclusions：There are a certain mental problems among naval engineering vehicle drivers. Mental health is largely related to the coping style,and the sophisticated coping style would be of benefit to maintain mental health.
