屈伸法和拔伸法在膝骨性关节炎屈伸功能障碍的治疗作用比较

目的:比较屈伸法和拔伸法在膝骨性关节炎(KOA)屈伸功能障碍的治疗作用。方法:将60例KOA患者随机分为观察组与对照组各30例,两组患者在基础推拿治疗后,分别用屈伸法和拔伸法治疗,通过膝关节自主屈伸角度变化、KOOS评分量表积分变化比较两组患者的疗效。结果:1膝关节自主伸直、屈曲角度比较,组内和组间患者比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2KOOS量表评分比较,组内和组间患者比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:屈伸法改善KOA屈伸功能障碍疗效优于拔伸法,是临床治疗KOA屈伸功能障碍的主要手法。

Comparison of effects of flexion and extension method and stretching and flexing manipulation in treatment of knee osteoarthritis flexion and extension dysfunction

Objective：To compare effects of flexion and extension method and stretching and flexing manipulation in treatment of knee osteoarthritis（ KOA） flexion and extension dysfunction. Methods：60 KOA patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. On the basis of massage therapy,the two groups received flexion and extension method and stretching and flexing manipulation,respectively. The efficacies of the two groups were compared through the changes of angles of knee flexion and extension and KOOS scores. Results：（1） Before and after the treatment,there were statistical differences in the knee joint independent unbend angle and buckling angle within each group and between the two groups（P 0. 05）.（2） There were statistical differences in the KOOS scores within each group and between the two groups（P 0. 05）. Conclusions： The flexion and extension method can effectively improve knee osteoarthritis flexion dysfunction,and is the main method to treat this problem in the clinic.
