认知行为治疗对长期住院精神分裂症患者的疗效评估

目的:探讨认知行为治疗对长期住院精神分裂症患者的疗效。方法:将60例长期住院的男性精神分裂症患者分成两组。治疗组患者给予认知行为治疗联合药物治疗,对照组患者仅给予药物治疗。采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS),个体和社会功能量表(PSP),自知力和治疗态度问卷(ITAQ),分别于患者治疗前,治疗24周末和36周末进行评定。结果:第24周末研究组和对照组患者各因子分比较无统计学上的差异;第36周末研究组与对照组患者比较,PANSS总分(P<0.01)、阳性症状分(P<0.01)、阴性症状分(P<0.05)、一般精神病理分(P<0.05)、PSP分值(P<0.05)和ITAQ分值(P<0.01)的差异具有统计学意义。结论:认知行为治疗可以作为改善长期住院的慢性精神分裂症患者精神症状的一种治疗方法。

Efficacy evaluation of cognitive behavioral therapy for long- term hospitalized schizophrenics

Objective：To investigate efficacy of cognitive- behavioral therapy for long- term hospitalized schizophrenics.Methods：60 long- term hospitalized male schizophrenics were divided into two groups. The intervention group received cognitive- behavioral therapy combined with drug treatment,while the control group only received drug treatment. Positive and negative symptom scale（PANSS）,personal and social performance scale（PSP）,and insight and treatment attitude questionnaire（ITAQ）were used to assess the two groups before and 24 and 36 weeks after the treatment. Results： At the 24 thweekend,there were no statistical differences among factor scores between intervention group and control group. At the 36 th weekend,there were statistical differences in PANSS total score（P〈0. 01）,PANSS- positive score（P〈0. 01）,PANSS- negative score（P〈0. 05）,PANSS- general score（P〈0. 05）,PSP score（P〈0. 05）,and ITAQ score（P〈0. 01） between intervention group and control group. Conclusions： The cognitive behavioral therapy can be used to improve symptoms of the long- term hospitalized schizophrenics.
