结构式团体心理治疗对精神康复者社会功能的影响

目的:研究结构式团体心理治疗对康复期精神分裂症患者整体社会功能影响。方法:将120例康复期的精神分裂症患者随机分成两组,研究组在原有药物治疗及康复训练基础上实施结构式团体心理治疗,每周1次,每次1小时,共10次;对照组则维持原有药物治疗及康复训练不变,分别在干预前后,使用住院慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能评定量表(SSSI)。结果:以P<0.05的检验标准,研究组患者治疗后SSSI总分明显低于治疗前及对照组治疗后SSSI总分,差异均具有统计学意义。研究组SSSI因子分的研究显示:患者治疗前后"性角色职能"评分未见有统计学差异,而其余9个因子治疗后评分均低于治疗前,且差异具备统计学意义。结论:结构式团体心理治疗可以明显改善康复期精神分裂症患者的社会功能。

Effects of structural group psychotherapy on social functions of schizophrenics in remission

Objective：To study effects of structural group psychotherapy on social functions of schizophrenics in remission.Methods：120 cases of schizophrenic in remission were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. We maintained theregular therapy for control group, while for intervention group, we added structural group psychotherapy based on the regular therapy for10 weeks （1 hour per week）. All patients were evaluated with the scale of social-skills for psychiatric inpatients （SSSI） before and af-ter the intervention. Results： On the inspection standard （P〈0. 05）, the SSPI score of intervention group after the intervention waslower than that before the intervention and also lower than that of control group after the intervention, and the differences were statisti-cally significant. The SSSI factor scores of intervention group showed that： there was no statistical difference in the score of “sex rolefunctions” before and after the treatment, while the other nine factor scores were lower than those before the treatment, and the differ-ences were statistically significant. Conclusions： The structural group psychotherapy can significantly improve the social functions ofschizophrenics in remission.
