妇科恶性肿瘤患者心理控制源与情绪障碍的相关性研究

目的:探讨妇科恶性肿瘤患者心理控制源与情绪障碍的相关性,为提高妇科恶性肿瘤患者的生存质量提供干预依据。方法:采用内控性、有势力的他人及机遇量表(IPC量表)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对100例妇科恶性肿瘤患者进行问卷调查,将结果与量表常模进行比较,采用Pearson相关分析分析两者之间的相关性。结果:(1)妇科恶性肿瘤患者内控性因子评分明显低于常模(P<0.01),外控性因子评分明显高于常模(P<0.01);(2)SAS和SDS评分明显高于常模(P<0.01);(3)Pearson相关性分析显示IPC与SAS和SDS具有高度相关性(P<0.01)。结论:妇科恶性肿瘤患者心理控制源与情绪障碍具有相关性,给予心理控制源教育能够减轻焦虑抑郁情绪,提高心理健康水平。

Correlation research of psychological control source and mood disorders for patients with gynecological malignant tumor

Objective：To explore correlations of psychological control source and mood disorders for patients with gynecologicalmalignant tumor, in order to afford an intervention basis for improving life quality of these patients. Methods：100 patients with the gy-necological malignant tumor were researched by IPC SAS and SDS, and the results were compared with norm. The correlations betweenthem were analyzed by using Pearson correlation analysis. Results： （1） The scores of the internal control factors of the patients with gy-necological malignant tumor were lower than the norm （P〈0. 01）, while the scores of the external control factors were higher than thenorm （P〈0. 01）. （2） The scores of SAS and SDS of the patients with gynecological malignant tumor were higher than the norm （P〈0. 01）. （3） The Pearson correlation analysis showed that there were high correlations between IPC and SAS, SDS （P〈0. 01）. Con-clusions： There is a correlation between the psychological control source and mood disorders, and the education of psychological controlsource can relieve anxiety and depression, and improve psychological health level.
