雷贝拉唑和铝碳酸镁联合用药治疗胆囊切除并发胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效观察

目的：分析雷贝拉唑和铝碳酸镁联合用药治疗胆囊切除术后伴胆汁反流胃炎的临床疗效.方法：选取行胆囊切除术后并发胆汁反流性胃炎患者90例,随机分为雷贝拉唑组、铝碳酸镁组以及联合用药组,对比三组患者的治疗效果.结果：雷贝拉唑组患者的总有效率63.3%,铝碳酸镁组患者的总有效率66.7%,两组比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;联合用药组患者的总有效率93.3%明显高于前两组,与其它两组两两比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：雷贝拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胆囊切除术后伴胆汁反流胃炎效果显著,值得推广.

Observation of clinical effects of rabeprazole and hydrotalcite in treatment bile reflux gastritis after cholecystectomy

ObjectiveTo investigate clinical effects of rabeprazole and hydrotalcite in treatment of bile reflux gastritis aftercholecystectomy. Methods：90 patients with bile reflux gastritis after cholecystectomy were selected and randomly divided into rabe-prazole group, hydrotalcite group and combined treatment group. The clinical effects of the three groups were compared. Results： Thetotal effective rates of rabeprazole group and hydrotalcite group were 63. 3% and 66. 7%, respectively, and the difference was not sta-tistically significant （P〉0. 05）. The total effective rate of combined treatment group was 93. 3% and was obviously higher than those ofthe other two groups, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Hydrotalcite combined with rabeprazolein the treatment of bile reflux gastritis after cholecystectomy is significant in the clinical effects and is worthy of promotion.
