职业治疗对社区精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响

目的:探讨职业治疗对社区精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响。方法:收集60例社区精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组及对照组,对照组患者进行常规社区康复,研究组患者在常规社区康复基础上开展相关职业治疗,并以临床总体印象量表(CGI)、服药态度量表(DAI)、日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)作为评价工具,分别在干预前后对两组患者进行疗效评估。结果:研究组患者治疗后CGI疾病严重程度减分率和总体进步评分均高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义。研究组患者治疗后DAI得分高于治疗前,而ADL得分低于治疗前,两者均具备统计学差异。治疗后两组患者DAI及ADL得分具备统计学差异。结论:职业治疗对社区精神分裂症患者精神症状、服药依从性、日常生活能力有明显的改善。

Influence of occupational therapy on rehabilitation effect of schizophrenic patients in community

Objective：To explore influence of occupational therapy on rehabilitation effect of schizophrenic patients in commu-nity. Methods：60 schizophrenic patients in community were collected and randomly divided into research group and control group, control group received routine community rehabilitation,whereas research group received the relevant occupational therapy based on the routine community rehabilitation. All the patients were assessed by using clinical global impression scale（CGI）,drug attitude inventory（DAI）,and activity of daily living scale（ADL）before and after the intervention. Results：After the treatment,the reducing score rate of disease severity in CGI and improvement of the overall score of research group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant. DAI scores of research group after the treatment were higher than those before the treatment, while ADL scores were lower than those before the treatment,and the differences were statistically significant. Moreover,the differences of DAI and ADL scores between the two groups were statistically significant. Conclusions：The occupational therapy for schizophrenic patients in community can improve their mental symptoms,medication adherence,and daily life ability.
