静脉留置针在小儿护理中的应用

目的:针对静脉留置针在小儿护理应用的过程中可能会产生的问题进行探讨。方法:选取收治的100位儿童病患,作为本次的研究对象,均选择通过静脉留置针实施穿刺的输液的具体操作方式以及所取得的护理作用效果。就其中的留置针穿刺不成功问题以及留置在静脉内的时长未达到预期等问题,结合小儿自身以及护理工作的开展这两个方面展开分析,同时给出针对性的应对措施。结果:在所接受护理的100名儿童患者中,留置针在患儿静脉中留置的时间在2⁷d范围内,经统计计算平均时长为5d。其中有1名患儿出现皮肤针刺点周边小范围轻微感染的问题,没有患儿发生由于静脉置留针而导致全身范围内的皮肤感染问题。结论:静脉留置针在小儿护理中的运用能够取得良好的效果,可以加以推广应用。

Application of venous indwelling needle in pediatric nursing

ObjectiveTo discuss potential problems caused by venous indwelling needle in pediatric nursing. Methods：100children patients in our hospital were chosen as research target. The mode of operation and nursing effect through the intravenous in-dwelling needle were investigated. Two problems, i. e. unsuccessful indwelling needle puncture and short intravenous indwelling dura-tion, were analyzed from two aspects of children patients and pediatrics nursing work. Meanwhile, the countermeasures were providedaccordingly. Results： In the 100 children patients, the intravenous indwelling time ranged from 2 to 7 days with an average time of 5days. No skin infection was observed for all the 100 children except that only one child had mild skin infections around the puncturepoints. Conclusions： The intravenous indwelling needle in the pediatric nursing can be effective, and the application can be broad-ened.
