温胆汤联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床观察

目的:对温胆汤联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效进行观察和分析。方法:将78名精神分裂症患者随机分成观察组和对照组各39例,对观察组患者给予温胆汤合并奥氮平进行治疗,对照组患者仅给予奥氮平进行治疗。以阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)、不良反应量表(TESS)对两组患者在基线及治疗第4周末、第8周末进行评定。结果:两组患者经治疗后,观察组显效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者PANSS评分较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05),但观察组患者治疗4周和8周后的PANSS总分较之于对照组差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:温胆汤联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症可以明显改善患者的临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of Wendan decoction combined with olanzapine in treatment of schizophrenia

Objective：To observe and analyze curative effects of Wendan decoction combined with olanzapine in treatment of schizophrenia. Methods：78 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group（n=39）and control group（n=39）,observation group was given Wendan decoction with olanzapine,whereas control group was given olanzapine only. Positive and negative syndrome scale（PANSS）and treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS）were used to access before and 4 and 8 weeks after the treatment. Results：After the treatment,the obvious effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（P﹤0. 05）,and the PANSS scores of the two groups both significantly decreased（P﹤0. 05）,but there were significant differences in the PANSS scores between observation group and control group 4 and 8 weeks after the treatment（P﹤0. 05）. Conclusions：Wendan decoction combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia can obviously improve the patient′s clinical symptoms and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
