温胆汤联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床观察

摘    要:目的:对温胆汤联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效进行观察和分析。方法:将78名精神分裂症患者随机分成观察组和对照组各39例,对观察组患者给予温胆汤合并奥氮平进行治疗,对照组患者仅给予奥氮平进行治疗。以阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)、不良反应量表(TESS)对两组患者在基线及治疗第4周末、第8周末进行评定。结果:两组患者经治疗后,观察组显效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者PANSS评分较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05),但观察组患者治疗4周和8周后的PANSS总分较之于对照组差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:温胆汤联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症可以明显改善患者的临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe and analyze curative effects of Wendan decoction combined with olanzapine in treatment of schizophrenia. Methods:78 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group(n=39)and control group(n=39),observation group was given Wendan decoction with olanzapine,whereas control group was given olanzapine only. Positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)were used to access before and 4 and 8 weeks after the treatment. Results:After the treatment,the obvious effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P﹤0. 05),and the PANSS scores of the two groups both significantly decreased(P﹤0. 05),but there were significant differences in the PANSS scores between observation group and control group 4 and 8 weeks after the treatment(P﹤0. 05). Conclusions:Wendan decoction combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia can obviously improve the patient′s clinical symptoms and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
